Teacher/Staff Funding Request

Classroom Fund for Eligible Teachers & Select Support Staff — 2026–27

Thank you for all you do for our Bulldogs! The Elm PTO provides an annual classroom fund of up to $200 to eligible teachers and select support staff for classroom supplies, books, materials and other items that support students.

Eligible teachers and student-support staff may request reimbursement for classroom supplies, up to their approved annual allowance.

You can use your fund three ways:

  • Reimbursement: Already bought it? Upload your itemized receipt and we'll pay you back by check in your school mailbox within 10 business days.
  • PTO purchase: Send us the links, and we'll order and ship to school.
  • Vendor payment: Have an invoice? We'll pay the vendor directly.

Items purchased become school property and stay at Elm. Please submit all requests by Jan 31, 2027. Questions? Email treasurer@elmschoolpto.org and president@elmschoolpto.org.

How you will be paid

How you'll be paid: Approved reimbursements are paid within 10 business days by check from the Elm School PTO, placed in your school mailbox. Please don't include any bank account information.
